But can’t I just

What’s the true cost of just “figuring things out” for yourself?
Opening a daycare center involves working your way through an enormous amount of boxes on a checklist that no one will give you. Fortunately, we’ve done it before, many times, opening and operating
centers generating over one million dollars per year in annual revenues, 6 figures in profits, and we’ve got the checklist!
Plenty of aspirational daycare directors, teachers, and parents are opening new centers every year, but due to the complexity involved in starting a center, many of them never make it to their grand opening, and even the ones that
do, can experience significant delays and additional costs, due to lack of knowledge.
Here’s a few reasons why…
- Delays in opening due to regulatory and compliance issues around health safety
- Added construction costs due to unexpected ADA or zoning requirements
- Limited center capacity resulting from incorrect floor plans
- Ineffective marketing strategies due to lack of awareness
- Unskilled workers as a result of poor interview practices
The largest contributor to delayed openings and rising startup costs is lack of knowledge
